As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), he focuses on creating positive learning experiences through evidence-based practices, collaboration with caregivers, and personalized treatment goals tailored to each client’s unique needs. His approach emphasizes building functional communication, independence, and life skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Joe has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2012 and brings over a decade of experience supporting children and families across a variety of settings. Throughout his career, he has remained passionate about helping clients build meaningful skills, increase independence, and create positive everyday experiences through compassionate, individualized care.

Originally from California and now based in Las Vegas, Joe values building strong relationships with the families he works with and creating an environment where clients feel supported and encouraged to grow. Outside of ABA, he enjoys photography and breakdancing, both of which have helped shape his creativity, patience, and ability to connect with others in unique ways.

Family is an important part of Joe’s life. He is a proud husband and father to his son and stepdaughter, and his home is completed by two dogs. These personal experiences continue to strengthen his understanding of the importance of communication, structure, compassion, and celebrating progress at every stage of development.
